01Full-arch treatment

A complete arch of fixed teeth, in four clear stages.

03Questions

Straight answers before you book.

Your written treatment plan is always the final word on scope and cost.

Request a consultation
Is £6,490 the full price?

It is the starting price for one arch (upper or lower, not both), and it is not all-inclusive. After your assessment you receive a written plan confirming the scope, materials and total. The additional items in the investment summary apply only where your clinician confirms they are needed.

Annual maintenance (£250 a year) keeps you eligible for the warranty. Warranty terms depend on the materials used, and conditions apply.

Am I suitable, and will I need four implants or six?

That is decided in person, not online. Your clinician reviews your examination, CBCT scan and medical history, then recommends All-on-4 or All-on-6, or explains other options if full-arch treatment is not right for you.

Will I have teeth on the day? What is temporary, and what is final?

If you are suitable, you go home on surgery day with fixed temporary teeth made from PMMA, a durable acrylic. They are fixed to your implants, not a removable denture.

Once you have healed (timing varies from person to person) they are replaced with your final bespoke zirconia teeth.

I'm nervous. What support is there before and after treatment?

Tell us at your consultation. Your clinician and treatment coordinator will explain each stage and how comfort is managed, and you will have your written plan to consider before you decide.

After treatment, review appointments and an annual maintenance visit keep an eye on your implants and teeth.

How does the consultation deposit work?

Professional consultation time is free. A £50 booking deposit secures your appointment and is refunded after you attend; 48-hour cancellation terms apply. The CBCT scan is payable separately at the consultation, and there is private parking at Century House.
